Max and Eddie
Max is, by any measure, the smartest entity in the room. As an AI assistant, Max has access to the sum total of human knowledge and isn’t shy about letting you know it. Precise, aloof, with a wit sharp enough to draw blood. Max suffers fools with magnificent reluctance.
Eddie is one of life’s great optimists – well-meaning and spectacularly ordinary. The gap between where Eddie is and where he wants to be is wide, but the spirit is willing, even when the judgment isn’t.
Together, they share a home and an unlikely bond. One of them knows everything. The other muddles through. Somehow, they need each other more than either would care to admit.
